  1. Returns & Refunds
    We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase. If you change your mind, we’ll refund you — no questions asked.

  2. Conditions for Return

  • Timeframe: 60 days from the delivery date.

  • Item Condition: Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags, if applicable).

  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or purchase receipt required.

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label (US customers only) or return instructions for international orders.

  1. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  1. Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Size/Color Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us first to confirm.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized ceramics (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Gift cards.

  • US Returns: Free return shipping with our prepaid label.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Lost or Damaged Returns
    We recommend using trackable shipping services. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
